Welcome to the Diversity Store terms and conditions which apply to all orders made through Diversity Store.co.uk. Please read through before placing any orders. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Do also read the Privacy Policy regarding your personal information you provide and cookies.
We may change these terms and conditions at any time without notice to you. The current terms and conditions relate to any orders you have made. If you have any questions regarding our terms and conditions then do get in touch using the Contact Us page.
DELIVERY + PACKAGING
UK – For UK orders we send out using either Royal Mail 1st Class service or MyHermes for larger items which can be tracked. Most items will arrive within 1-3 working days. If you have not received your order within 10 working days then do please get in touch using the Contact Us page so we can investigate.
INTERNATIONAL – For International orders we post using Royal Mail 1st Class. Where most items will be delivered within 7-10 working days, there may be occasions where your country’s customs will pull aside orders for random checks, this can sometimes delay deliveries. If you do not receive your order within 14 working days then do please get in touch using the Contact Us page so we can investigate.
PACKAGING – All our packaging is discrete and does not feature anywhere the Diversity Store logo or name on it.
PRICE + PAYMENT OPTIONS
We currently operate using the Stripe payment system which accepts most major credit and debit cards. When you place an order a Stripe pop up box will appear asking for your payment details. As we do not take any payments directly, we also don’t have access to or store any card details you use through the Stripe payment system.
All payments will show on your bank/card statements as: DR Orders
All prices on the site are the final price you pay plus any delivery charges. Delivery charges will vary depending on size of purchase and where in the world you’re located.
INTERNATIONAL – All prices are charged in Pounds Sterling and your credit / bank card may charge additional conversion fees. Please see your bank / card provider for details on buying products online in a different currency. Any customers outside of the European Union will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs in the country of receipt. If you’re unsure if additional duties or taxes may apply to your order, then you should contact your local tax office or customs for additional advice.
STUDENT DISCOUNT
Students can get 15% off all products, excluding sale items, made through the Diversity Store. To redeem your discount, simply apply here for a Student Discount code which you can use at the checkout. This code cannot be used in conjunction with any other % discount or offer codes. Discount codes will be unique to the student and all purchases made through the Student Discount scheme should be for the holder of the code. We reserve the right to terminate this scheme and individual discount codes at any time without notice. Where we believe fraudulent Student Discount purchases have been made on behalf of others we reserve the right to cancel that order and terminate the Code held. Student Discount accounts are open to any student living in the UK with a valid NUS card, over the age of 18 years.
RETURNS
We guarantee to refund or replace any items you are not completely happy with when you return it in a re-salable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds shall be credited to your original method of purchase. In the interest of health and hygiene, Condoms, Lubrication and Aromas cannot be returned. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy. Simply fill in the Returns form.
Special offers or combinations purchases such as discounted prices for multi packs, shall be refunded at either final price paid if returned in whole, or where part order is returned amount refunded shall be calculated on single prices. (For example “1 mug for £8 or 2 mugs for £14” and only one mug is returned, a refund of £6 shall be made).
Once you’ve returned your order for refund, please allow up to 28 days for this to be processed and refunded. Once refunded an email notice shall be sent to confirm them refund. Please allow 5-10 working days for this refund to show in your account. If your original payment account has expired then please Contact Us so we can make new refund arrangements.
PRODUCTS
We try to display accurate colours of our products on the website but please note colours seen may vary depending on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that colours will be exact as you view on your own screens.
All sizes are indicated in UK sizes and are given as an approximate guide. As a lot of our products are handmade, slight variation may occur.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
Once placed order have been paid and confirmed your order shall be dispatched. As we use the Stripe payment system this usually happens at the same time as ordering. No products shall be sent out until full payment has been confirmed with us.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. This may be, for example, result from one of the following:
- The product ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
- The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
- If we suspect any fraudulent activity
If we encounter any problems with your order we shall contact you via email given on the order. We cannot be help responsible for missed communications that have ended up in your spam folder and recommend checking every now and then for communications from us.
Prices are subject to change without notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been despatched.
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Diverse Retailing Ltd. Any use of the site or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.
We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, and save as otherwise specified by us, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
Certain (hypertext) links in this site will lead to websites which are hosted by our partners. When you activate any of these you will leave the website and we have no control over, and will accept no responsibility or liability in respect of, the material on any website which is not under our control.
These exclusions of liability shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and it is agreed that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute. If any terms shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
